Please do NOT take shots or divots on the temporary greens.  Take a free drop no closer to the hole.  THANKS!!

Golf Course Rules Reminders

It is getting busy already on our course and will only get busier as summer approaches.  This would be a good time to review our golf course rules.

1.  All Players (including members) must register at the Pro Shop before beginning play.

2. Play must begin on #1 tee unless permission is granted by the Pro Shop to begin on #10.  (Please do not jump to other holes)

3.  Each player MUST have their own set of clubs.

4.  Players coming off #9 green will have the right of way at #10 tee at all times.

5.  Please repair all ball marks before leaving the green.

6.  Golf bags must not be deposited on the greens.

7.  Players should make every effort to obey the 90 degree rule when in effect.  Players must stay off fairways and roughs when "Cart Path Only" sign is displayed.

8.  It is recommended that young children not be allowed on the golf course for safety reasons.

9.  Children under 12 years of age are not permitted to play golf unless accompanied by an adult (this includes practice areas).

10.  Proper golfing attire is expected:  no swimsuits, shirts with sleeves (men) and shoes must be worn at all times. No muscle shirts allowed on course.

11.  Members must be 14 years of age or older to operate a golf cart unless accompanied by an adult.  Sixteen (16) or older to operate a rental cart.

12.  When searching for lost balls, you must allow faster players to play through.  If at any time a hole becomes open in front of your group, you must allow faster players to play through.

Please try to arrive 15 minutes prior to those times

Welcome to the Calvert City Country Club web site.
The club is located in the small community of Calvert City, Kentucky. The golf course is one of the finest you will play in west Kentucky. This is the home of the Calvert City Swim Team and host to other social activities throughout the year.

The Calvert City Country Club was established in 1967 as a non-stock, non-profit corporation and presently some 450 families from the city, and the surrounding area are members. In addition to the members utilizing the facilities, the golf course is operated as a public facility which is open to all!
